Freshers Resume provides an AI-powered resume building platform that includes template selection, content generation, ATS scoring, and PDF export. Our service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding interview outcomes or job placement.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using our platform, including resume data, personal information, and generated documents. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Freshers Resume to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, scrape our platform, or use automated tools to access our services beyond normal usage.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in job applications. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Core features are provided free of charge. Premium features may require a paid subscription. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

Freshers Resume's platform, templates, branding, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our templates or platform code without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Freshers Resume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.
